 Kitchen

​

  1. Dust for cobwebs along ceiling/wall corners and light fixtures.

  2. Feather dust blinds, when applicable.

  3. Damp wipe windowsills, when applicable.

  4. Sanitize countertops, backsplash, switch plate/outlet covers, small appliances and countertop items.

  5. Sanitize and polish exterior appliances, including stove top/under burners and sanitize interior microwave.

  6. Sanitize interior sink and polish faucet (sink must be clear of dishes).

  7. Spot clean cabinet and drawer fronts.

  8. Straighten dish towels.

  9. Sanitize interior window above sink, when applicable.

  10. Damp wipe baseboards.

  11. Collect and dispose of garbage and recycle. Includes wiping down exterior garbage and recycling receptacles.

  12. Vacuum and mop flooring.

 

 Bedroom

  1. Dust for cobwebs along ceiling/wall corners, light fixtures and baseboards.

  2. Feather dust blinds and lampshades, when applicable.

  3. Damp wipe windowsills.

  4. Sanitize switch plate/outlet covers.

  5. Sanitize mirror(s) and glass, including sliding glass doors or patio doors (interior/exterior).

  6. Change linens and make or straighten bed.

  7. Dust furniture, polish wood furniture.

  8. Collect and dispose of garbage. Includes wiping down garbage receptacle and relining.

  9. Vacuum and/or mop flooring.

 

 Living Areas

  1. Dust for cobwebs along ceiling/wall corners, light fixtures and baseboards.

  2. Feather dust blinds and lampshades, when applicable.

  3. Damp wipe windowsills.

  4. Sanitize switch plate/outlet covers.

  5. Sanitize mirror(s) and glass, including sliding glass doors or patio doors (interior/exterior).

  6. Vacuum furniture, removing cushions to vacuum underneath them.

  7. Dust furniture, polish wood furniture.

  8. Collect and dispose of garbage. Includes wiping down garbage receptacle and relining.

  9. Vacuum and/or mop flooring.

 Floors

​

  1. Vacuum all hard surface floors with brush attachment.

  2. Vacuum all area rugs and carpeted areas, moving chairs/barstools/ottomans and other small items to vacuum under/around.

  3. Damp mop hard surface floors.

  4. Once floors are dry, replace area rugs and items moved during mopping.

 

Bathroom

  1. Dust for cobwebs along ceiling/wall corners, ceiling fans and light fixtures.

  2. Feather dust blinds, when applicable.

  3. Damp wipe windowsills, when applicable.

  4. Sanitize mirror(s), countertops, switch plate/outlet covers and countertop items.

  5. Sanitize sink(s) and polish faucet(s).

  6. Spot clean cabinet and drawer fronts.

  7. Wipe accessory holders (toilet paper, towel holders) along with scales, magazine racks, etc. for dust.

  8. Straighten towels and washcloths.

  9. Sanitize bathtub and polish fixtures.

  10. Sanitize shower and polish fixtures. Clean shower door glass and door track, when applicable.

  11. Sanitize toilet bowl and wipe down exterior.

  12. Damp wipe baseboards.

  13. Collect and dispose of garbage. Includes wiping down garbage receptacle and relining.

  14. Vacuum and mop flooring.

 

 Laundry Room

​

  1. Dust for cobwebs along ceiling/wall corners, ceiling fans, light fixtures and baseboards.

  2. Feather dust blinds, when applicable.

  3. Damp wipe windowsills.

  4. Sanitize switch plate/outlet covers.

  5. Wipe down top and fronts of Washer/Dryer.

  6. Sanitize countertop, sink and polish faucet, when applicable.

  7. Spot clean cabinet/drawer fronts, when applicable.

  8. Collect and dispose of garbage. Includes wiping down garbage receptacle and relining.

  9. Vacuum and/or mop flooring.
